New Line Installation

Guys,

Trying to get a new line installation/account done for my home. After the online application I received the following:

"Dear Customer, thank you for your online application. Unfortunately your application has been declined during our initial pre-vetting stage. Regards. Telkom Online Sales"

Nothing wrong with my credit record, and I've got a telkom mobile account which has been immaculately managed for the last +- 3 years.

Where to from here?
 
Get hold of sales via the chat facility on the Tekom website. You may have to hold on for a while, just be patient and keep checking whether an agent has responded. I found it to be quickest apart from going to the shop.
