New Local Gaming show

The PlayR intro really annoys me,it show every cliche of gaming,not very creative. It shows gaming as a kind of geeky thing instead of fun and often social (LAN). It makes gaming look very anti-social which it's not.

I'm a 3D animator and feel play R could have a much better intro, representing the true feel of gaming.

The intro is not of our making - production company in the UK...

So make one and sell/give it to PlayR to see if they like.

If i feel i can do something better, i go out and do it to prove myself right.
 
I would do that remybfg10k,but

1) I'm already working on a website that will review games and compile a short web episode similar to gametrailers.com (approx 15 minutes per month to start off with).

2) I've been working in the television industry long enough to know that they will never accept or even look at my intro animation,It's just the way things work.

I have a question unexpected girl - Do you recieve all your game footage from the UK production company?

I respect that you take the time to respond unexpected girl,I know that it is a very busy industry to work in.
 
PlayR is the worst game show ever on TV :eek:
That Pippa is so frikking annoying...the worst voice imaginable - monotonous and so screeching :sick:

For a proper game show watch Game on ESPN. Thursday @ 18h00 and a Saturday repeat @ 16h30.
And they do have a proper host - Drinie Agualar...very nice ;)

freedom of expression... you do indeed have every right to voice your opinion... but there's also no need to be nasty.

I'm not offended that you don't like my voice, as I said, there's nothing i can do about that, but as with so many things, it's not what you say it's how you say it - You had the displeasure once? Ok, fine, but seriously - try to be a little less aggressive about things, the tone of my reply wasn't intended to be rude, it was intended to be nonchalant I guess... No need to get all defensive...
 
I wonder if anyone is going to actually say something constructive towards this thread?

I'll start : The whole episodes that PlayR dedicate to a single game and its development are in my opinion almost as boring as Parliament Live :p

But thats just my opinion of course.

And you're entitled to it, as we've established... :P lol

Actually I don't mind those episodes, but mainly because I like that kind of stuff... I can see how for most people they're not as enjoyable because they're more documentary style...
