I myself hate changing themes on my BB as it resets my whole layout, but this 1 i thought was worth it.
Its the OS6 Look alike theme for the storm2 and it works pretty well and looks awesome, "all" bar you see scrolls both left and right as well as up and down as you can see in the 2 pics, 1 being up and the other being down, you can set it to levels of 1-4 rows.

First file is the theme, its a cod file, the BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife is the only way i know how to install it, you cannot install via BBDM as BBDM only reads alx files, cod files are the installed files essentially.
