I'm not bashing on Apple, or the MacBook Pro, there is a lot to like about it, but that is expensive for what you get. You can better for less. Yes, the screen/display is awesome, but that is the only thing that stands out sadly, and that alone isn't going to justify the price.

The thing that stands out for me is that I can't do my work without one - not as well anyway - so it's worth the premium. I'm not worried about games, my cameras and my macbook are my livelihood.
 
R37k for a Macbook? You know what, I'm thinking we all misunderstand Apple. I think they have an agenda, an endgame just to prove how retarded civilization really is.
 
With the 2GB/s SSD throughput it should take you maybe 15 seconds to bootcamp into windows for games..
