New Mtn contract

Hi guys, I recently took out a new contract but I have a small problem. Whenever someone calls me it just shows as "unknown number" on my phone. Can someone please tell me what number I should call to get this fixed? It is a blackberry 9780 phone

do you have CLI on the contract, have you checked the phone's settings?

If it's MTNSP call 808 and ask them to activate CLI, there shouldn't be any extra contracts..

Last month I added an additional 2 contacts onto my MTN sp account, the 1 was a Nokia & 1 was a bb.. On the BB they forgot to to Activate BIS & CLI, even though it was on the contract & collection doc and the Nokia they forgot to RICA even though I requested it and it was written on the collection doc.. A call to 808 sorted it out...

I did call 808 number to activate it, still nothing. That's why I want to speak to someone.

Maybe try the dealer where you signed the contract since it was their fault..
