Anyone else fed up with MTN and their attitude to their clients. The new policy was implemented by the 1st of July as communicated by them.
In our case MTN cant tell the difference between 400GB and 500GB. They will argue against their own accounting system. Illiterate i would say. Hundreds of various calls made emails sent is just not getting the issue resolved. Now we need too proof when they phoned us to upgrade ? Their own systems for this months account still shows the original FUP
1. No new procedures and communications have been received for increasing of the limits.
2. ICASA not being of much help. They are allowing the network provider to do as it wants.
3. Escalating to problems to the new Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies
Anyone else in the same situation with our infamous MTN ??
