I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what is going on with this new MTN Active (Now My Contract) site.
I upgraded and got a S4 on 17 Sept on My Anytime 200.
I then had an issue with them not loading the 200mb data that i'm suppose to get.
Eventually after a week or so it was "sorted". And I was meant to be credited for the value which was taken from me when the data was not there.
On my account it now has an "Adhoc" Internet 30 Day Expiry and a "Adhoc" Airtime with a negative amount in the remaining balance.
Now I had quite a substantial amount of Airtime value left in my account which now shows R0.00 on carried over and R0.00 Remaining which is hard to believe.
I really don't know where to see where this Airtime Value has disappeared to and actually can't tell if I've received my data.
Has anybody had this issue?
I did email MTN so will see what will happen there.
I do have an image of my account. Will post it if needed.
