My current phone is the Nexus S, I want to get a another Nexus range of phone. What is the current available Nexus and when will the next Nexus phone come out? I really like the first to receive updates aspect of Nexus.

Talk is that there might be a new Nexus on the cards, some people are even calling it 'Nexus 4'.

It's made by LG, and if rumours are true, it's not so much impressive (to me anyways). The rumours that have flashed are about prototypes though, so maybe the final thing be making pigs fly?

I agree with you on the Nexus line getting updates first, but I'd also look at the other alternatives if I were you. Like; wait and see which new phones are released in the next few months (unless you want a new phone now :) )
I streamed the Google i/O this year, and the tone of the Android team (can't remember the guy's name) seemed to be that they're gonna slow down on pushing new Android flavours every year (about 1.8% of the globe is on Jelly Bean, my estimate's that about 30% will be by the time Google I/O 2013 takes place). When the next stats come out on Monday, JB will be at about 2.9% (thumbsuck lol)

There are talks about Key Lime Pie, but I would put that 18 months away from now.

Anyways, let me stop my yadayada, hope I answered you

Wait until the end of Oct. That's when the new nexii (that right?) are supposedly getting announced.

I don't think the LG phone looks too bad. The insides are all top tier. If Google starts selling it (or them) from day one from the play store and at a recent price I'm getting one.

The LG (Nexus4) does look good - if it comes with at least 16GB memory and an SD card slot at a fair price - I may very well be intrigued.

It definitely won't come with an SD slot. Google is opposed to SD slots, which is why the Nexus S, Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7 don't have them.

Personally I don't mind the lack of an SD slot, but I realise this is a problem for some people.

You're right - they want everything cloud based - but, lets at least have 16GB, FM Radio and TV out please!
