I feel like this is being released so kids can have their own switch for the upcoming pokemon game. I'll let my kids play the switch docked but wont even let them look at it undocked. Monsters. I see how they treated their DS and 3DS.

I thought the Switch name meant it can "switch" between being a full screen TV console and handheld gaming device. The Switch Lite is a switch that can't switch.

Maybe the Switch name means it can switch between being a console that can switch between being a handheld and full screen TV device, and a console that’s handheld-only.
