Microsoft has unveiled the Nokia 230 feature phone.

It's tempting for the long battery life, but with no Whatsapp, it's rather pointless.

All they need to do is add a cheap touchscreen, which will allow them to use Android, which will allow them to sell the phone to FAR more people.

Where does it say no WhatsApp? WhatsApp still make an S40 version.

These use a doctored S40 and usually have so little memory, that while (some) handsets are supplied with Whatsapp installed upgrade is usually not possible due to space limitations. They are also not Nokia PC Suite compatible as in truth, they are cheep Chinese MTK based handsets that many of us in the trade have long since given the heave-ho!
