New Nokia CEO come froms Microsoft fold

They have had a lot of problems because of the massive bureaucracy that is currently in place and many calls have been made for a new CEO. This could be a good move but from what I recall a former innovation exec, Juhani Risku wrote a book about what's wrong with Nokia and one of the things he pointed out was that they should not appoint a non-Finnish CEO as it might upset the rest of the company. Perhaps this MS guy fix things up without being too foreign for them. (http://www.usercentred.net/2010/07/23/what-went-wrong-in-nokia-from-a-ux-perspective/)
