New Outlook for Mac available

Meh. Doesn't work with Exchange 2007 which we still use at the office.

Guess it's no biggie, it really doesn't look like there is that much different.

Why do you guys use Outlook over the built-in client? Is it because your office setups are Exchange?

Yes. I've tried using Mac Mail but it just doesn't do Exchange as well as Outlook.

I still use the default mail client for my other accounts though (non-exchange).

Yeah, my office uses Exchange. It's also integrated with Lync for meetings and statuses.

Because the Mac mail app sucks. Although to be fair to Apple, I haven't tried it since Yosemeti.

Outlook on Mac is probably the most unstable app that you can get on OSX.

You'd be surprised. I use Lync and OneNote. They both crash hard everytime there is some internet connection loss. It's crazy.
