New patch and updates

Just reading through the patch updates, one nice thing included is a search for gems in the AH, previously you needed to know what a gem's name was to find it.

Mini map improvements when searching for herbs or minerals - if I read it correctly.

Lots more lvl 70 quests.
 
Copy and paste those notes here please for those of us that cant read wow sites at work :(

OMG a 247MB patch!
Any one in Pta downloading this? Guess it is easier to get a CD copy of it than to try and download 250mb over dial-up! I'll pay ofcourse for the CD and the download :D
 
I just logged onto my home PC to start the download. The file is 385MB, or at least that is what the Blizzard Downloader is reporting it as.

If anyone wants a copy in CPT, let me know.
 
A nice improvement for blacksmith/leatherworker is that you can sort to view by item ie. neck, chest or regent
 
US Patch is 257mb EU Patch is 385mb. Had it yesterday already. I have some issues with the patch, seems the latency is a bit higher, it now shows your fps. Severs were still up and down today. proberly gonna be another patch fixing this ones bugger up. Guys with dial up must be clever go to internet cafe, pay your R5 for 10min start your download. Go back a while later and pay another R5 and there you have your 385mb patch for R 10. :D
