HI guy I am busing building a new semi hardcore PC i5 2500k, 8GB RAM, GTX 580, 800watt PSU...
Now I am looking at the following cases:

1. AEROCOOL BX-500
2. Corsair Carbide series 400R
3. Cooler Master 690 II
4. AEROCOOL Xpredator...

Any advice or if you have one of these cases what do you think of it?? Thanks :)

All are decent, choose the one that looks good to you. One thing you may want to take into account is the weight. A case thats 3-5kg lighter makes a big difference if you are moving it around a lot

I got the Cooler Master 690 II less than a week ago and build my new computer.. and i must say it's a very nice looking case and nice to work with when you build your hardware in.

+1 on the 690 II Advanced - its a really nice chassis to use and the price is good.

The problem with version II is that while it's a fantastic case inside making it simple to work with, and functional outside and relatively aesthetically pleasing, the bigger meshed holes make it even more of a dust magnet than version I. On my old v1, the dust used to build up on the front where the 120mm fan is. On other v2's I've seen, granted in different houses, dust builds up there and all over the case and is a lot more noticeable.

Great case though, I'd put it #2 on the list that the OP gave us to advise from.

I believe one of the Aerocool cases is also based on similar design, inside and out, for a fair amount cheaper.

Just my 2c.

Not interested in the NZXT Phantom?

I like my cm692 Advanced, but i wish it was bigger.. will be buying a full tower next..

Antec P280 will be my next case. Anyway, its quite expensive I think.
