New Preworkout!

Hey guys, just bought the "Nutritech Amino Pre" supplement and it offers 45 servings.

However when I read the tub it says take 3 scoops for intense workout (300grams Caffeine) so that equals to about only 15 servings in total.

Is it possible to just take 2 scoops (200g caffeine ) and still get a good boost, it also works out to 22 servings which is reasonable.

Im on a budget so thats why I'm asking

200g of caffeine is plenty bud. I pop a caffeine pill as a preworkout which has 200g. I don't take caffeine any other time.
 
Drink some bicarbonate of soda whilst gyming.

Always check the "recommended" dosage. Most companies lie about the real amount of doses on the front packaging, because nobody bothers to check the rear.

200mg is fine...that's your typical caffeine pill. If you are on a budget, why spend almost R300 for a fancy energy drink powder if you can get the exact same results with much cheaper caffeine pills?

My bad...its obvious that i meant 200mg but thanks for the correct.
 
So caffeine pills are better than a supplement? But doesn't a supplement have some good stimulates as well rather than just caffeine.

I used to take USN Hyperdrive which has 1 scoop of 132mg caffeine. I took around (2 scoops) which totaled to 264mg caffeine and didn't feel much of a boost... But i'll see with this.

It's not better, it's just cheaper. Most PWOs contain a blend of "junk" (taurine, creatine) and a few good, expensive ingredients which are severely under dosed, which will give you no benefit whatsoever.

If you want to buy a PWO, get it from "trusted" brands, like the Gold standard PWO from ON or c4 from cellucor, which state exactly what's inside on the label.
 
Im somehow not enjoying this pre-workout even the taste doesn't sit well with me :/

Any other good supplement Suggestions around the R200-300 mark.

Im gonna use it till it's finished but find something else.

Have you guys tried the one I'm using and liking it?
 
Try some cement.
2 Tbs a day should harden you the **** up.

Granted I only use it when it is really hot because I workout in hell aka my garage. So the heat and lack of airflow drains energy quiet quickly.

Would say I use it maybe two or max three times a week. Working out 7 days a week now.

I've had the Nutritech grape flavour in something else. Can't remember what. But yeah it was not so lekker tasting. Since then I stick to arctic blast. The lemon flavour is also something you must acquire a taste for.
 
I get by with just some black coffee, but I only drink a cup a day so works for me.

I've used 3 scoops on occasion but usually just the 2 scoops.

Im heavy anti supplementation and believe that it does more harm to you than good.I get everything from natural sources.No preworkout or postworkout powders.Been there,wasted alot of money on these unregulated supps.
