Hi,
Apologies if this has been posted before.
I am currently moving into a new home. May still take another 2 or 3 months. Is it possible to get Vuma to install from the street to the inside of the house in preparation?
Or do I need to decide on an ISP now and follow the sign-up process before anything gets done?

regards,
chris

2 - 3 months is hardly final stages..

Anyway, process starts with your ISP who will initiate the installation process with vuma, assuming fibre has not yet been installed by the current owner..

lol, sorry, let me remove "final stages". yes, there is nothing there. but I believe Vuma has their infrastructure in the street. Okay, so it has to be initiated by the ISP. thanks.

2 weeks is lead time for an install, typically within 7 days. But yeah via ISP application, if you have access to the property it isn't an issue. But your billing will initiate from installation.

This used to be an option when installs were actually done via Vumatel initially.
