Hi Cool Ideas People

We are moving in to a new property end of the month. I have questions!
  1. Have the new Vuma prices been published yet (for 1 June onwards)? Vuma is the only operator on our street (in Plumstead, Cape Town).
  2. The current owner's Vuma line is currently active, what do they need to do so that there is a smooth handover for when our line goes active? Would their cancellation period need to have finished before we can take over the line? Or can you force that with Vuma when our service goes live? Or does something need to happen in the background?
  3. As they have an existing active Vuma line can this simply be transferred, or does this need a site visit or something?
Thanks!

Hi @PeeTeeGee yes the Vumatel price increase has been set out.

We do need the current services to be cancelled before we can place your activation order, however you can still submit the application so we can process it for you.

The line can be transferred to our networks we do depend on Vumatel for activation once the current services has ended.

Please provide us with your contact details so one of our agents can give you a call
