New Quest

There is a new quest "A Personal Summons" which was supposed to be released in patch 4.0.1 or 4.0.3a

You are supposed to pick up this quest automatically if you enter SW but I am not getting anything. It is supposed to be a breadcrumb quest.

Does anyone know if this quest is available yet or if it has any prereq's?

I can't find anything on the net.

This looks like the starter quest for a questline that takes you to Vashj'ir, so I think it might only be available when you have Cataclysm.
