New Rain sim offline during Off-peak

Good day All

I bought a new Rain sim card and it worked fine ( fine being relative, speed-wise) during the 7 day promotional period. But once that was over (and even though I'm on unlimited off-peak plan on website) I can't connect unless I buy on-peak data.

Anybody else experience this and/or know how to resolve it as I'm still awaiting a response from Rain via Twitter and their website support.

My Ref No. With RAIN Customer Support is 1442065 logged on Friday 01 May 2020 . No Contact or Improvements by RAIN :-( I have 2 Contracts with U Guyz ! This is Pathetic RAIN !
