Over the last couple of weeks my advertising revenue from a couple of my sites has basically like tripled. Everyone seems to want a "text link".. and thats that.
No questions about hits or impressions or anything like that. All they want is a text link.
What made it weird was some of the sites that they are asking me to link from hardly get more than 100 hits in a day.. so its not like they even worth while for getting your brand out there.
Then I think I figured out whats up. All the sites had around 97% SEO. All of them had decent page rank.. and google loves to trawl and index them.
So I am guessing these people are paying me to increase their page rank and thereby their Google exposure?
Im guessing thats the reason.. I cant think of another... either way... $100 goes a long way
