New RED Torch w/ BAD hardware

I recently bought a BB-TorCh RED and the trackpad is....not responisve and the vibration is TOO subtle...

OK COOL....

I dropped the phone after like 3 weeks of use and now the cover is....peeling off!!! The slider is so so so LOOSE!!!

Anyone have a way forward for me? My Torch is less than 6 weeks old...

Trackpad responsiveness and vibration can be changed. Phone can't be un-dropped.

Buy a new phone.

take it back, even if you did drop i thee should be no reason for your cover to be peeling!

If the phone is still under warranty/guarantee take it back immediately as long as their is no water damage they might exchange it out for free
