New Residential Property Developments - Cape Winelands

Seeing as there is no thread thought I'd start one.. for those property connoisseurs who can shed some light as the bug has caught me, bought my second investment property earlier this year (after I blew a lot of money away on shares!) and things are starting to look good, me and a friend is looking at perhaps an investment in new developments especially around Stellenbosch/Somerset West/Paarl areas, if you know of good ones please list or have advice etc etc, lets get it going!

Also have a look into Eden on the bay\big bay.There is a lot of development happening in the area.
