New router delivery

Good morning afripeeps, I recently ordered a fibre line for my new house. We have not moved there yet, only at the end of the month.

I see I have been charged for router delivery, I just wanted to check where this will be delivered to? As mentioned we have not moved there yet, so nobody to accept the router...

Can someone please clarify?
