I am thinking of buying a Samsung P2450H Screen

I have a Nvidia 8800 GTS 320MB do you guys think this card will handle 1920x1080

I mainly play Wow but I also play MW2 and games like that.

If I need to upgrade the card I found the Leadtek Nvidia GTX260 896MB Extreme + at a not to bad price do you guys think that would be a large enough increase in performance compared to my 8800 to justify spending money on it

I would prefer not to upgrade my card though

I bought a P2370 recently running @ 1920x1080. Still get 50fps+ with my 8800GT on MW2. I'm also running a dual monitor setup now, so I think your GTS would still be OK.

The 8800 320mb will be fine as long as you don't use a lot of aa and af. But with such a high resolution it's not necessary anyway.

Thanks for that guys when the supplier gets stock I will definitely get one.

Might have square eyes for a while its quite a bit bigger than my current 19"

I'm gonna say......no. Or..well it depends what you're playing. Something like MW2 isn't so intensive but forget about playing far cry 2 on max settings.

I am not even playing wow on max setting at the moment the shadow quality setting kills my card.

I don't like Far cry anyway I like MMO's mostly and call of duty I will see how it goes I will be sleeping in the dogs kennel if I tell my wife I have to spend more money on Graphics card

my advice then: Stick with the current card until you find a game you can't run by which time the memory of the money spent on this upgrade won't be so fresh in your wife's mind.
