Hello, is there costs involved for me to get a LTE sim

I'm on a Vodacom contract but I'm just getting H+ so I assume I will need a LTE Sim?

Probably stupid questions, but does your device support the Vodacom LTE frequencies, and do you have LTE coverage?

It's a Samsung Galaxy S6 purchased from Vodacom and we do have LTE yes (:

Then it's probably the SIM, or ask Vodacom what you need to do to provision your phone for LTE. Can't comment on the costs involved - MTN had a promotion where they upgraded all their contract customers for free if it was their first LTE SIM swop.

you could also just call vodacom and ask them to make sure the LTE VAS service has been activated on your contract as a first step..

In that case contact Ockie first. He seems really helpful with Vodacom queries.

How old is the sim? Vodacom just needs a 64KB sim for LTE, which was available a few years already.
Only MTN requires a 128KB sim that needed most people to do a simswop.

I'm not sure 2008 I think?
