new spec Audi A4 vs current model A4

seems like the new spec Audi A4 is due to be launched in about 2-3 months time. At this point, no indicative pricing has been released. From what I have seen, the new shape is pretty much a cosmetic facelift (similar to merc's C-Class).

What's your thoughts if you were in the market for an A4:
- would you wait the 2-3 months for the new spec?
or settle for the current model with the discounts Audi is offering?

Would you expect pricing be higher for the new spec?

It always happens that you get amazing discounts on the outgoing models. Since it's early in the year you won't lose out with an "old model" either (like buying a car in December since it's then a year old after a month). I'd look at the expected price differences and make my decision based on that.

Wait for the new model to be released, the old models price will drop even more , then snatch up an older model. Or if you like throwing money around wait for the new model then buy it and lose alot in the first few months

What you lose on current you might gain on new value.

Discount what you gain on old model, you will lose in future with trade-in/resale compared to new model
If the face-lift comes in at same price, it's better to take the new model.
