Hey Everybody.
Want to find out some thing.
I'm moving month end to a plot with 3 houses on. I want Telkom to install a new line and then use afrihost for line rental and adsl isp and 3 website hosting. This past Wednesday I received an sms from Telkom informing me that the order has been cancelled due to insufficient infrastructure.
Now the thing I can't understand is that the main house on the plot has a fixed telephone line and then you can see the telephone poles and everything just outside the main gate. Can somebody explain to me why they can't install a line to my house on the plot?
After about 7 emails to them I still didn't receive an answer and the lady on the phone can't give me a satisfying answer.
Now I must look around for a wireless solution where I have an uncapped option at a reasonable price. Where will you find something like that? Any ideas what I can use?3G is not an option as I use about 100gb to 150gb per month. Unfortunately my budget is very limited.
