New to Battlefield

Greetings, gentlemen.

Four or five months ago I picked up an aged copy of Bad Company for the 360, started playing and was instantly hooked. Servers always full of players, fun game style and what not. Then Bad Company 2 made it to the Games with Gold shebang and the multiplayer blew my friggin mind. I am now an Xbox 360 Battlefield fanatic.

I want to know if there's diffences in BF3 and BF4 in terms of multiplayer. If I have BC1 and BC2, is it worth getting BF3 or BF4?

Also, is ther a decent number of local people who play on the 360?

The newer versions will probably be a lot more active. BC2 was very busy when it launched and BC1 died shortly after. BF3 you should still be getting a few servers hosting it but will not be as busy as BF4. That being said, BF5 is coming out so my advice would be to stick with what you have, wait for BF5. If you like the single player campaigns the BC2 one isn't bad. If maybe you want to just get it for fun.

If you need to buy one NOW, just get BF4.
 
I haven't even touched the single player in either yet. Only in it for the multiplayer. If BF5 comes to the 360, then that's where I'll be :)
