Maybe we should also indicate our browsing and download (whichever protocol) performance relative to the performance before the SMW break in middle April. Two levels: BAD and GOOD

can some one help me... i want to get an uncapped account NOW :-) for a 4Meg line. reading articles on this site it seems all providers are pretty crap when downloading from news server.

can any one suggest an ISP thats maybe a bit better than the rest for download news?
