Okay, my site is working with Zen Cart. I installed a few addons and I am busy uploading the products available right now. I decided on using Cell Shack (Thanks, AcidRaZor), their prices are not too high. When I'm launching my site, I'll let you all know. I searched around on Jump.co.za, and my prices for cell phones in the sub-R2000 category are by far the cheapest, but for the more expensive phones I usually have the second best price because Cell Shack's more expensive phones, are really expensive.

I just need to know how much does Berco Express usually charge for delivering Economy Freight packages. Does anyone know?

Best is to contact Berco themselves, they usually have sales/account managers that can answer all your questions and/or provide you with a "spec sheet"

I wonder if the people's at Cell Shack will pay me commission, I should email the MD and find out

I really would like to stock iPhones, but Cell Shack doesn't have them, so I will be looking around for a Apple supplier. If I see one, I will probably stock iPhones.

Prophecy also use Berco and I have not had any bad experiences with their deliveries (they also call me before they arrive most of the time).

Thanks for the reassurance, they should probably be cheap too if Prophecy uses them. Does anyone know what shipping company Digital Addiction uses, or should I PM Itai?

Yea, you see... companies in South Africa is yet to embrace the whole "email" thing. It's best to just phone them up and speak to someone and get them to email you than to put your hopes and dreams on something that won't ever happen...

I have been negotiating with the Mpumalanga Sales Manager for the last 2 weeks, but about a week ago he stopped replying to my emails, he just suddenly started ignoring me. I know it's not that he doesn't read his email, because he gets it pushed to his BlackBerry. I'm going to start looking at other suppliers... I'm getting fed up with the Cell Shack sales manager.

Tell her Pieter Le Roux that used to work for Expert Alliance referred Cell Shack as a dealer for your business and you would want to further the negotiations but haven't heard anything from Wessel Smit in a week and it's coming to the point where you'd rather take your business to a competitor.

I'm fed up with Cell Shack. I don't want to use them anymore, I've been trying to contact Sandra Meyer and Wessel Smit for a month now, I AM taking my business to a competitor.

You mentioned Furnex in your post, Acid, I checked them out but it turns out that they sell hotel and spa supplies. Shield's site redirects to Unilever that sells food and stuff.

Does anyone else have a recommendation for a supplier?
