I just got off the phone with WebAfrica. Apparently they will be offering IS accounts from next month. Finally Good service with local access after cap.

They should latency will drive you up the walls though...cause of the sat links they use.

International is not too good ... we use a 1024 IS line who's international throughput manages about 192 max, with 680ms lag. You can remote desktop, but it's not a pleasant task. Get a SAIX account as well and use it for remote-desktopping.
