New website for PS3 Online Matches

busy with a website need some advise or tips

what i want to do is a website where guys whith PS3 can book online games
all hosted by me at home any game they want.. so they register they book and when the time comes for the game to start they will get invites and so on.... winner will win either bandwidth or 50% discount on their next game

what do you think

Are you going to charge people to book games that you will host?

i suppose so ?? like wanna join cost like 10 bucks but the game will go on and will run

Dont know wanna make some cash on the side ?? Love PS3 and IT so thought i could mix it up with both
