New worm/virus going around?

Anybody else receiving these dodgy emails with the subject title "Mail server report" or some such, with a zip file attachment? Got it four times now, who wants to take one for the team and open the zip file?

Yup...I got one 2 weeks ago and my other network got more today. Some stupid fat @ss opened up the file today and his pc is mass mailing everyone on his contact list. I think all zip files need to be blocked too...

why not just configure gateway and desktop AV to scan within zip files?
