Looks like Blizzard is taking some lessons from EVE

Introducing the WoW Token

TLDR: Players can now buy WoW tokens from the cash shop. These tokens are then sold on a special AH in the game for gold. The player buying the token can use it to get a month of game time.

Blizzard hasn't said what the price of the tokens will be, but that it will be initially determined by them and then driven by supply and demand. The transaction is also once-off. The player buying the token from the AH cannot sell it again, just use it.

Seems like that 700k+ I've been saving up might be useful after all :)

Oh well, Least ill save money every month and finally have a use for my gold.

So this has gone live for the US region.
Anyone have a clue when euro is gonna go live?

spent 150k of that on 90 days gametime (friend bought for me)
I'm now back on 1098k

Resubbing at the end of the month. Can't say I've ever done the grind, but now may be a good time.

I don't really grind anything, go on to do my daily stuff, sell most of the stuff I get, log off

Lol i spend more gold that i can make trying to maintain my alts, but over the last 2 months i have been lucky with AH sales and drops to put on the AH, Havnt found 40k that hard to get TBH but im exhaused by the time i get home from a new job i started in the last 2 weeks that im worried i wont beable to make up the money for an additional month, o well :(
