It's mental really. 720p screen, 13mp camera plus fingerprint scanner for $100! A lot of people will be shipping these.

The Redmi 4 Pro with a 1080p 5" display and 3GB RAM along with a SD625 for US$30 more sounds like an even better deal

I'm interested to know what the camera is like, compared to my Redmi Note 3 which is quite disappointing

Low light performance I reckon? My Redmi Note 2 is also not stellar, but I think it is due to the rather narrow aperture and the phone artificially raising the ISO level which makes the photos look very noisy

If it sports the same camera as the Redmi 3, then it should not perform too badly:

Damn, I would love that Redmi 4 Pro!

Hope MIA bring it in and WeChat does a promo for it.

Only improvement area needed on my note 3 is low light conditions. Fix the camera and the phones will be flawless

There's nothing to "fix". That is the camera you'll get for the price.

Not entirely true. Trickle down is a natural occurence. Current flagship camera's will eventually find their way in mid range devices, just like the camera's in current mid range devices used to be flagship issue.

What I do in low light, is tap on the screen once. A circle with two small triangles will appear(MIUI8). Wait a millisecond for a "teet" sound, then I drag the triangles up or down to "let more light in".
In MIUI 7, you had to move your finger around the circle, like turning it.

That's not even remotely close to what you were saying earlier. Nice try, Straw man.
