At the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, the finance minister repeats and old talking point that stands in contrast to energy analysts predictions.

One day the ANC will learn that you can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time unless they are ANC voters.
And there aren't many ANC voters in Davos.
