The suspense was killing me.... so i got Dotco's number and called. Friendly lady who answered said the case was not heard. And the boss has not come in yet so they dont have any further details.
 
know what i would not be surprised if this case was postponed and if a new date was set again, postponed again ... and then again and again ...

thats what power and money gets you ... well if you cant win then dont fight ...

h0ll0w, whats the big secret, so if they lost tell us if they won tell us ... dont see how/why it needs to be a big secret ... ok just tell us "they won" ... or "they lost" ... but from your posts and if you do know, guess then they lost, otherwise it would not be so hush hush
