News server help please..

Hi there..

I've been using news servers for the past few months without any hassles. As of Saturday i am unable to connect. This morning my international servers have connected but they are downloading at 3kbps.. My local server i.e news.mweb.co.za still will not connect.. Anything i can do to fix this?
