I can easily download 60gig with little effort per month off IS news server.

If I download this off a news server per month with mweb or afrihost's uncapped offering won't I be penalised ?

doubt it.

But probably wise to spread it out over the month if you can.

They only really looking where the downloads are in the 100's of gigs so you shouldn't have an issue.
