Is anyone else struggling to download data from this service.. The issues I am having:

incomplete nzb file parts, however when I download the same file using astraweb, the parts are complete.
certain articles refuse to download
and sometimes the file part does not decrypt so I am stuck with rar file which cant be decrypted, it saved filename.rar.txt

I logged a ticket on saturday and no word...so the silence from them is deafening.

I download via SSL using port 995 with Altbinz

Am I the only one?

I have had much less issues since I moved to usenetbucket

Same here, since the last few days most of my downloads are incomplete. Might need to look somewhere else.

Also having issues with NGN the last week or so. Most downloads fail. Seems like some blocks it only downloads a small part of it then stops. If I delete those blocks and retry, it usually downloads them completely. Also having issues where the last block to download stalls with 0,76 MB left. Then I have to stop the download, let it download repair blocks and carry on. Will be trying another provider as well. Is usenetbucket the best alternative?

glad I am not the only one having these issues... and logging a support ticket with them does not help.. they just ignore..

there site status says nothing is wrong..

Also having exactly the same issues. When I see incomplete downloads in the morning, I check the servers logs in my sabnzb and it always show Nextgenn timed out.

Tickets are also just ignored. Time to move on. More and more sources have the same if not longer retention nowadays.

Yeah getting tons of incomplete downloads..... Pitty they always had the best usenet server. Sigh

All of them months old threads? Hardly relevant to current issues.

Surprised to see NGN on reddit though..

Regardless....something is wrong at NGN, that is a fact. And it started, for me at least, about 3 weeks ago. I have already started a new account at Newsbucket.
