So there are rumours that the new Nexus 4\5 will be based on the LG G2 (which will be announced this afternoon). Some of the leaked specs are as follows:

Snapdragon 800
FHD 5.2" screen
Adreno 330 GPU

Would any Nexus 4 owners want to upgrade to the above or does the current Nexus 4 tick all the boxes?

With the screen that big eish I dunno... The Nexus 4 size is just about right, any bigger and I don't think I will like it,

I'm ok with a bigger screen (although 5" is about as big as it should get), so long as the device itself doesn't get much bigger. Eg: Galaxy s3 to s4.

Still pretty happy with my N4. Obviously those stats are higher than the current N4 however, That phone will have more pixels to push so the performance boost may not be much higher. Lets not forget that the N4 is a device that competes with your S4s and your Ones but at 30% the price (even if you import).

Also bigger screen != bigger phone. The S4 has a larger screen than the S3 but the bezel has been cut down in size and the phone is in fact thinner than the S3.

Nah, that's too big for me.

I'll probably keep my N4 until the OS and apps start getting laggy. Until then I'll be happy.

I agree with the screen issue, i mean they're hitting 440ppi with the G2 which is amazing but not practical. I'd rather see a those small bezels on a 4.5"-4.7" phone with an amazing 720p screen with that crazy hardware.

I think the manufacturers have created a bit of a problem. They basically made phones < 4.5" the midrange offering and I assume the only way to distinguish the flagships is to up the size, 'bigger is better' thinking.

I don't think i'll be able to hold back getting the new Nexus model even though the current one is more than capable.

Thanks but no thanks. Even the Nexus 4 is too large for my liking. Each user has his own habits, but anything much over 4 to say 4.3"is too big to jam into a jeans pocket.

I moved from a Galaxy Note I to a Nexus 4. Can't see myself going back to a 5" + phone. Its just not practical for the bulk of my use case for a cellphone
