Nexus 5 release date nears as Nexus 4 withdrawn from sale

UK phone retailers Carphone Warehouse and Phones4U have stopped selling the Nexus 4, growing speculation that the search giant will be announcing the Nexus 4 at Google I/O between May 15 and 17.

If that is so, I hope they upgrade other stuff other than just LTE and more storage..

Why though? It is still 6 months before the usual Nexus phone launch is likely to happen...

They better improve battery life, both talk/internet time and standby time. That the only issue i have with my current Nexus 4. I dont use it the phone at for 2 days, and it dies anyway

Was hoping they would go with Motorola to emulate the battery specs of the Razon Maxx

Way too soon for a Nexus 5 to make its way into the market.

Also those options listed from the OP link:

16GB, 32GB and 64GB onboard storage options

^FAIL - no nexus device has ever gone over 16GB storage.
