So i got 32GB Nexus 7 from First-tech. Delivery was the day after I ordered so that was great, it was a schweet deal!
But the Nexus has a screen problem, it is sticking out over the silver edge on the bottom landscape side.
It has not affected the unit up till now, but it bothers me and may very well cause problems in the future.

So I contact first-tech to ask about repairs and they send me ASUS SA's info, which I email prompty.
But it has been 13 days and counting with no response.
I'm planning on phoning them ASAP when I get back from leave, but does anyone have any experience with returning/fixing a faulty nexus locally?
