WTF???? Where are you? You don't answer your phones, you don't reply to faxes or emails. We run an internet cafe and have had no contact with them all week !!!!!! Our internet has been off all day long and we have turned customers away !!!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You should ALWAYS have a backup plan in place if you rely so heavily on your connection. Your best bet would be to get some prepaid / short - term access until you can contact them again.

Fully agree. With WebAfrica prepaid @ R70 per GB and indefinite roll over, there is really no excuse

I believe their Telkom lines were down in the call centre today, though I have had no problems getting replies from them on email, my connection went down this afternoon but it turned out to be my dsl line and not them.

I agree with Raven, Internet Cafes should always have backups... are you using an uncapped service?

Agreed, you should always have a failsafe plan in case things like this happens in future

Get a prepaid voucher from Pick n Pay or ENGEN and keep it for times like this.
