Nexus VBDSL accounts.

Go with Openweb. They do not charge setup fee and their cancellation notice isnt so long.

Who is nexus anyways?
 
I have used Nexus for prepaid ADSL and they are quite a professional ISP. Can't comment on their uncapped, unfortunately. I moved away because they don't offer 24 hour support (their RADIUS server went down), which is something all internet companies must offer.
