Hi everyone
I don't whether I am posting in the right forum but it is a networking Question.
I currently been studying Networking and been going well but each project gets harder.
I have a question in my NFA project and I really do not know how to answer
this.
This is the question which is 20 MARKS.
You work as a network administrator for ABC technologies. You are required to create two
HOST (A) records in DNS for the following computers with the corresponding IP addresses.
1. SALESPC-14 -192.168.3.114
2. TECHPC-08 -192.168.3.108
The company requires all records to be entered into a spreadsheet to eliminate
duplicate Names and IP addresses on the network. Create an Excel spread sheet
called DNS RECORDS which contains the following columns
1. Device Name
2. Device IP Address
3. Date (indicating the date the record was created)
Once the spread sheet has been created, enter your new DNS Records and ensure the
information you entered was correct.
Screenshots must be provided for each task to indicate the procedures you followed.
That is the question.
The part that that's confusing is the HOST A records and enter your new DNS records.
Hope some of you experts can help me out .
