It's not the biggest contract ever. Maybe in money per year, but I've seen bigger digits.

Depends on how you look at it. There have been bigger QB sums before. Granted, they're spread over more years, but still big figures.
Eli Manning of the Giants signed for $106.9 million for 7-years in 2009.
Donovan McNabb signed for $115 million for 12-years in 2002.
Ben Roethlisberger signed for $102 million for 8-years in 2008.
Carson Palmer signed for $119.75 million for 9-years in 2006.
As stated. Michael Vick has signed two contarcts in his career of $100 million or more. $130 million for 10-years in 2005 & $100 million for 6-years in 2011.
And Luck won't get a big deal. A limit on rookie salaries was put in place after the 2010 Draft. Sam Bradford was the last rookie QB to earn an absurd contract when he signed for $78 million over 6-years in 2010. I highly doubt Luck will see more than $25 million for a term of 4 - 6 years due to the rookie pay scale.
