Not for ages, NVIDIA left the chipset business in 2009 with the nForce 980 for the Phenom 2.
More to do with their licensing rights with Intel.
Er, I wasn't stating a reason, I was mentioning the last chipset they made![]()
NVIDIA didn't left the chipset business, they halted the chipset business indefinitely.
u stil get nforce chip based mainboards?
And if u do..are they stil good?
I don't have a reference to that right now but they were waiting for a court case to finish in 2010 before they continued. It was also an Intel issue, nothing stopped them from continuing with AMD chipsets.
What's so great about nForce?
