Purchased a media player from them price was good, communication was fast, got my item the next day(if you order before cut ff time!) overall good experience.

I've used them. They delivered within expected time frame. No issues.

Haven't done an RMA (warranty returns) with them however (this is usually where companies fail). Sybaritic for example SUCK when it comes to RMA.

They are by far the best in terms of customer service. I've used them about 20 times, never had a problem.

One little hiccup that was completely out of their control, and the way they handled it was great... Will def do business with them again.
