The money will roll in right from the start. While government starts spending that money and living lavish lifestyles once again, the private sector can go to courts with the NHI and fight it there. 100% correct. They have no intention to provide medical care to the poor. In fact, they do not even know how to do it. Just look at State hospitals today. This is just about getting money to flow to them. All they need is to sign the act into law and it will start.
